My name is Tori, the daughter of Jonathan Lefferts, and I am creating this page in support of Jonathan and Kathleen Lefferts.

We are heartbroken to share the passing of Maximillion David Kerstner on December 16th, 2023. Max has lost a tragic battle to mental illness, which he has unfortunately fought for so long. Our little brother was a light in all of our lives and there are no words to describe the loss we feel. At only 21 years old, he had so much more life to live - we are so devastated that he will not have that opportunity. Max loved fishing, snow sports, video games, urban exploring, photography, and our family dogs, Jax and Prada. He had a remarkable ability to make others laugh, no matter the circumstance. We will miss him immensely.

The funds raised from this page will be used for the funeral and cremation expenses, as well as supporting the family as they are taking time from work to grieve. There has been an amazing outpouring of support from family and friends who have been asking how they can help, so we have created this page to allow for just that. We can only hope that this will make hard times the slightest bit easier for Kathleen and Jonathan. We thank you all in advance for your kindness and generosity in these heartbreaking times.

The family will be holding a viewing and funeral service on Friday, December 22nd at Schantz Funeral Home in Emmaus, PA. Obituary and service details will be attached below.
