In Loving Memory of Matt Prokop

With the outpouring love for Matt and his family, as one of Matt’s close friends, I wanted to create a way for people to provide support for the Prokop family.

As many of you know, Matt Prokop passed away earlier this week. With Matt being a travel nurse still in Denver, Colorado, extra arrangements had to be made. No family is ever prepared to go through such a tragic period of their lives. With this fundraiser, we want to be able to provide for the Prokop’s in a way that they would never expect. We want to come together as a community and show all our love to Matt and the Prokop family.

This page was an idea from Matt’s friends as a way to show support to his family. This is a way to honor Matt. The proceeds from this GoFundMe will be directly sent to Matt’s immediate family to show extra love and support as they navigate through these difficult times.
