Dear friends, family, and kindhearted strangers,

It is with heavy hearts that I share the passing of my dad, Mario Delafuente III.

My dad battled illness for most of his life, but he never stopped fighting. He fought to be here for his young son and beloved granddaughter, who meant the world to him. No matter what he was facing, he showed up with love, strength, and devotion. He was an incredible father, grandfather, spouse, son, and friend — a true light in the lives of everyone who knew him.

As we grieve this loss, we are also facing financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses. I want to honor him in a dignified and heartfelt farewell.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go toward a headstone, additional funeral costs, a funeral reception, and memorial arrangements. If you’re unable to donate, your prayers, kind words, and sharing this page mean just as much to us.
