In Loving Memory of Mariadelis – Help get her home!

Mariadelis Labrador - was a most wonderful, kind, funny, endearing person - with the truest heart. A loving daughter, sister, friend. We want to get her home where she belongs with her family who await her in a state no parent should ever have to receive their child.

On the Monday morning of March 10th - she was declared missing in San Antonio, TX - disappearing under the most unsettling of circumstances. Everyone hoped this would have a different outcome.

Wednesday March 12 a body was found near her home. Today we got the devastating news that indeed - this is our dear Mariadelis.

Needless to say - we are entirely unprepared as we try to cope and come together as a community to support this family who has lost her too soon- too unfairly. We are accepting donations to help send her home to the longing arms of her momma and dad and most devoted big brother.

It is an immeasurable heartbreak and heavy void that we are trying to lighten the load of.

We sincerely appreciate everybody who took time to share her picture, name, and story - we appreciate those who helped look for her. We appreciate those who extend their support. There is still so much to understand. We are determined to uphold her and get her the justice she deserves - and the family the support they need.

Mariadelis Labrador fue una muchacha alegre, amable, gentil, con el corazón puro. Una hija, hermana y amiga a quienes muchos extrañaran. Queremos llevarla de regreso a casa, donde pertenece, con su familia que la espera en un estado en el que ningún padre debería jamás recibir a su hija.

La mañana del lunes 10 de marzo, fue declarada desaparecida en San Antonio, TX, desapareciendo bajo las circunstancias más inquietantes. Todos esperábamos un desenlace diferente.

El miércoles 12 de marzo, se encontró un cuerpo cerca de su hogar. Hoy recibimos la devastadora noticia de que, efectivamente, es nuestra querida Mariadelis.

Es imposible describir el dolor y el vacío que sentimos mientras intentamos afrontar esta pérdida y unirnos como comunidad para apoyar a su familia, que la ha perdido demasiado pronto, de una manera demasiado injusta. Estamos aceptando donaciones para ayudar a enviarla de regreso a los brazos de su madre, su padre y su hermano mayor, quien la adoraba.

Es una tristeza inconmensurable y un vacío profundo del cual intentamos aliviar un poco el peso.

Agradecemos sinceramente a todos los que tomaron el tiempo de compartir su foto, su nombre y su historia. Agradecemos a quienes ayudaron a buscarla. A quienes han ofrecido su apoyo. Aún hay mucho por entender. Estamos decididos a honrar su memoria y a conseguir la justicia que merece, así como el apoyo que su familia necesita.
