Our family faces the greatest heartbreak and tragedy with our unexpected loss. Our Mother, Grandma, Aunt, and Lovely friend to many has gone to heaven. Maria Real known as Doña Conchita has left us so soon. For all of you who knew her knew she was a remarkable woman and always welcomed everyone with open arms. She has been an Angel on Earth her entire life even with constant struggles that would be thrown her way. She helped countless people and always put others before herself without expecting anything in return. This family will never be the same without her, and neither will anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
