Hello, my mother Madelyn Griffin passed away this morning at 4:27am 12/18/25. She went peacefully after a battle with a septic infection in her stomach that began late 12/15/25 and was air flighted from Escalante Ut to St George early on 12/16/25. As many of you know I have dillegently spent the last year and half working to move my mother out of the nursing home in Ny to my home here in Escalante. She arrived in November and had an amazing quality of life while here. She will be truly missed in my life and the lives of those She touched.
