I am making this GoFundMe on behalf of my dear friend Tania, who lost her mother, Luz Maria Robles on Thursday morning after her long battle with dementia. Luz spent her final moments with Tania lovingly by her side.

She leaves behind her children — Tania,who cared for her every day, Michael and Maricruz— as well as her beloved grandchildren. She was a strong, devoted, single mother who raised her kids with courage, love, and unbelievable resilience.

She held firm to the hope and promise that she is now resting peacefully and will one day be reunited with her loved ones again in paradise.

Many people have been reaching out, asking how they can help, so we wanted to create this space for anyone who wishes to support the family during this difficult time. Her heart attack came unexpectedly & although she had been battling dementia , no one was prepared to lose her so suddenly. Donations will go toward funeral and memorial expenses, helping ease the financial burden as they navigate their grief.

Estoy creando este GoFundMe en nombre de mi querida amiga Tania, quien perdió a su madre Luz María Robles, el jueves por la mañana después de su larga lucha contra la demencia. Luz pasó sus últimos momentos junto a Tania, rodeada de amor.

Deja a sus hijos Tania, Michael, y Maricruz — y a sus queridos nietos. Fue una madre soltera, fuerte y dedicada, que crió a sus hijos con amor, valentía y gran fortaleza.

Luz mantenía la esperanza de que ahora está descansando en paz y que algún día se reunirá con sus seres queridos en el paraíso. Su ataque al corazón fue inesperado, y aunque había luchado contra la demencia, nadie estaba preparado para perderla tan repentinamente.
