In Loving Memory of Luis Morales
Donation protected
We are devastated to share that Luis Morales has passed away on January 23, 2019.A mass service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 27th at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Vega, TX. All friends and family are welcome to come join our family.
We have already had numerous texts, messages, and phone calls from people how to help.
As you are all aware, due to Luis' strokes, he was in the hospital for a little over 3 weeks, so this fundraiser has been created as a way to help my family with some of the funeral home costs, and medical expenses.
To everyone who may not know Luis's story. Luis suffered a football accident on September 29, 2011. Unfortunately, Luis broke his neck and lost his ability to ever walk again. He was believed to end up paralyzed. However, thanks to many years of therapy, love, and support from his family, he was able to gain some neck and arm movement.
On December 28th, he suffered from 2 big strokes (left and right side of the brain). While Luis was a very healthy young guy, his health was also very vulnerable. The strokes were so damaging, that he lost consciousness and never regained it. While in the hospital, he got pneumonia, which unfortunately had fatal consequences. Luis fought for his life until the very last minute.

Luis meant SOO much to me and many other people around him. Luis was not only a hero, but also the biggest life warrior, brother, son, uncle, and friend.
