In loving memory of Luis Carlos Zambrano

At the beginning of this year, January 2025, our father was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. The doctors found a neuroendocrine tumor behind his lower abdominal. Once the tumor was removed, he fought for 7 months through surgery and chemotherapy treatments. Throughout this journey he struggled and battled learning how to live a new way of life by learning to use an colostomy bag. He tried his best to finish fighting strong for us, but the cancer was already spreading rapidly. The cancer was no longer responding to the treatments, and his health was declining quicker than we ever imagined. We had made the decision and our dad that it is best if we let God take the wheel and guide him to peace in his own home. We spent the last 2 weeks keeping him happy, loved and the most comfortable he could be. He passed the night of August 15, 2025.

Our father was loved and cherished by many people. He touched many hearts with his witty humor and his heart full of gold. He was there for a hand in need and a shoulder to cry on. Luis Carlos Zambrano was a loving husband and son. He was an amazing father to 3 beautiful daughters who he loved dearly. Annoying ,funny and only brother to 4 loving sisters. Funny and loving Tio. Carlos was also able to meet his first grandson and be the best grandpa his last few months.

Please help our family honor our Dad and help lay to him to rest.
