Our sweet Lorraine passed away on Sunday, April 3rd, after a long, brave battle with breast cancer. Lorraine joined the angels, comforted by the knowledge that she was surrounded by the love and light of her family and friends. We are all devastated to lose this joy of a woman who was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and friend. A brilliant light has been extinguished far too soon.

 

Everyone who met Lorraine instantly knew how special she was. She had a smile and a contagious laugh that could light up a room. The saying “strangers are friends waiting to happen” must have been written about Lorraine because you were immediately a friend once you met her.

 

Lorraine was generous and kind. While she may have had a reputation for occasionally running behind schedule, she never failed to show up for her friends.
