Hi my name is Neftali Cobbs and I am writing this with a heavy heart. My loving mother Loretta Ann Fulton suddenly passed away on 12/8/22. She was a bright, beautiful, energetic woman who loved all and she was taken from us too soon. Loretta is survived by me, her son Neftali, her brothers and sister, and many grandchildren. My mother passing was so unexpected and heartbreaking.

She was such a loving and giving mother and friend to many and we will miss her more than anything.

 

We are fundraising to help with her memorial and funeral costs.
