Support for Helena Whitten in Memory of Laurence

Our dear friend Helena Tinka Whitten has suffered an unimaginable loss. Her beloved husband, Laurence Whitten, passed on October 11, 2025. Helena’s heart is shattered, and as she navigates this sudden loss, we want to come together to lift her up with love and practical support.

Helena is a cherished member of Milwaukee’s Celtic community, a friend to so many, known for her warmth, humor, and kindness. She has spent years caring for others (and their dogs!) through her grooming work and her beautiful spirit. Now, it’s our turn to care for her.

This fundraiser will help cover final expenses, living costs, and the many unforeseen needs that come after losing a partner so suddenly. Every contribution, big or small, will help Helena have one less worry as she takes time to grieve and heal.
