In loving Memory of LaMontae Guynn

On Monday, July 26th, we tragically lost our beloved LaMontae Guynn, loving husband to Rachel Guynn, and best girl dad to Lyric, stepdad to Gabriella, James and Jesus Jr. He was the son of Lawrence and Gail, brother to LaMarkus. He was born on November 14th, 1983 in Indianapolis, IN. He was an incredibly charming, charismatic, handsome, and loving young man. Anyone who knew LaMontae appreciated his unmatched humor and kindness to others. He always lifted our spirits and made everyone feel the most important. His smile and humor would light up any room. LaMontae would go out of his way to call a friend or family member just to let them know he was thinking about them. He had immense love for people, especially his daughter Lyric and wife Rachel.

LaMontae graduated from Bishop Chatard High School and furthered his education at Butler University with his Doctorate in Pharmacology. He took pride in his career as a Pharmacist.

He loved servicing others. LaMontae served the best drinks and was always the treasured amatuer bartender at family events and more. You would always catch him with a whiskey, a cigar, and his wife within reach. They were inseparable.

He loved sports; he refereed high school and college basketball. He took pride in his fantasy football teams, even though he didn’t have a winning streak. He loved golf and at times even created his own rules.

The funds raised will go towards the Celebration of his Life and any other unforeseen hardships his family will be experiencing during this incredibly trying time. A percentage of the proceeds will go to Suicide Awareness. We appreciate your generosity during this time.

The Celebration of Life will be held at Papago Golf Course | Evie's Pavilion on August 14th, 2021 at 5pm
