In loving memory of Lachlan Winterford

With the heaviest of hearts, my beautiful best friends Candiece, Shane, and Gemma have recently shared the devastating news that Lachie, beloved son, and cherished big brother, has passed away far too soon at just 18 years old.

Lachie was a bright light in so many lives—kind, funny, caring, and full of potential. He had a heart that cared deeply for others and a smile that could lift even the darkest of days. His loss has left an unimaginable hole in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him.

As Candiece and Shane navigate this overwhelming grief, we’re asking for help to ease the financial burden of funeral costs. No parent should ever have to plan a farewell for their child.
