It is with a heavy heart and sadness that we inform you that our mother La Kenya Jackson has ushered into the next life.
As you can imagine, every good person wants to
and has to be there for their loved ones.
Children and their parents are no different;
an unbreakable bond that is never to be torn apart.
But, to us (like most people); our mommy was our
best friend, our biggest supporter and of course,
our favorite hero.

This coming August, our mother La Kenya would 
have been 51 years old; which is just too young to 
be saying good-bye.
Every day that she awakened, she just knew in her spirit she was blessed and made everyone she 
knew feel full of life and like no matter what, 
there is always a reason to smile.
For herself, for me, for my younger brother, 
for my uncle, for my grandmother and everyone
that knew her in love.
So, I am only asking for your generous donations 
so that I may truly honor her finals wishes and help
her back home to Heaven.

All I ask you is to look deep within your hearts and please help me in this difficult period.

And, please.
After reading these words,
please let your parents know how much they mean
to you because we are not promised tomorrow.
