On Saturday, March 23, 2024, Kim Thrift, a long-time C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS associate and wife of our Midtown Broker-in-Charge Matthew Thrift, was one of two victims of an unfathomable act of violence. This tragedy leaves an unfillable void in the hearts of many.

Kim leaves behind her husband Matthew, as well as two beautiful daughters, Leighton and Ryleigh. It is our hope that together we can sustain and support the family through the immediate and longer-term needs that will arise in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Kim and Matthew have been integral parts of our CDJ family for many years, and our hearts ache with Kim's loss. We remain committed to helping their family navigate this difficult journey.
