I am starting this Go Fund Me in memory of my dear friend Kim Abu-Bakr Williams, who passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2022. Kim was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and loyal friend. Her sudden loss will be wholeheartedly felt by family and friends.

Kim was a bright light with a heart of gold. Her infectious personality and smile, along with her fantastic sense of humor, were almost certain to brighten your day and leave a lasting impression. To know her was to love her, and her tragic, untimely loss will greatly impact our community.

This fundraiser is being established to ease some of the financial burden for Kim’s family during this difficult time. There is no specific monetary goal in mind, and all funds raised will go directly to her family and the care of her daughters, Brianna and Alaina.
