For the past couple of months, my dad has been in and out of the hospital for chemo fighting for his life.  His last chemo session was Sunday, November 13, 2016.  On Sunday night, he was admitted to Long Beach Community Hospital.  Only to find out that he has pneumonia and a fungus infection in his lungs.  The illness took a toll on his body and his breathing was getting harder to manage.  On Saturday, November 19, 2016, he past away. 

He is a wonderful father, grandfather, husband to Vannak Eam.  My dad is a talented man who helped those who needed help.  He was born in Cambodia and was a solider who fought against the Khmer Rouge. He gave his best for his country and then moved out to the United States in the 1980’s in hoping to seek a better future for his families.
