Kevin tragically passed away on Monday, 8 December. “Kevie,” as so many of us lovingly knew him, was a devoted husband to Tanya and a proud father to Savannah and Jack.

Kev’s happiest moments were always those spent with his family. He was there on the sidelines at every opportunity—coaching, mentoring, running water, or simply cheering the loudest. He supported Tanya and the kids in every way he could.

Kevie volunteered for many years at the Southport Sharks Junior Football Club. His passion for AFL shone through in everything he did—coaching, assisting, and contributing as a highly valued member of the committee. He played a key role in our community and made a positive impact on everyone around him.

Kevie was larger than life—a true larrikin, a loyal friend, humble and genuine to his core. He was always ready to lend a hand and had a special way of making people feel seen and supported. His energy was infectious, and both kids and parents at our club adored him.
