Kӧen lived life to the fullest and was taken far too soon on Monday in a tragic car accident.

He was a loving son, a devoted brother, and a friend to everyone who crossed his path. Kӧen’s kindness, energy, and love for life were unforgettable. His passion and amazing natural talent for soccer, his huge heart, his dance moves, and the way he lit up every room will be remembered forever. So many people called him their best friend, which is a true testament to the impact he made and how deeply he was loved.

His loss has broken the hearts of his family, his girlfriend, his friends, his teammates, coaches, coworkers, and truly anyone who ever crossed paths with him.

No Mother or Father or family should ever have to endure the loss of a child. As Heather and her family face the unimaginable, we are coming together to support them with love, compassion, and whatever help we can offer.

All funds raised will go directly to helping them with the immediate burdens time away from work, meals, household needs, and the expenses involved in honouring Kӧen’s memory, as well as anything else they may need while they try to breathe through this grief and simply be together. Heather has spent her life capturing other people’s happiest memories as photographer, being behind the camera for their most joyful milestones. And now, during a time when she can’t work and her world feels so heavy... this is such a gift as she is self-employed and not have to worry about the financial pressure
