My name is Katelyn Dillard, i am the older 1st cousin to Kelcei Breland.
On August 26, 2020 a tragic  ATV accident happened during the evening which lead to the passing of 12year old Kelcei Breland. God has a new angel in heaven and she will be truly missed and loved dearly.
