This page is in loving memory of my 17 year old sister Kayla Payan. Kayla passed away on Sunday August 8 due to a horrific car accident that happen in Castaic, CA which result in her death and the injury of five others. Our family will be arranging a memorial service at Eternal Valley Memorial Park in the upcoming weeks. We as a family appreciate all the love and support we have received.
