Update: Since several people asked, we are assisting Katie's mom, Ann, in setting up a trust/ account for the girls that she can manage until they are of age.

On behalf of Katie's family and friends, we are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of Katie Ann Reynolds — a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose kindness touched everyone she met. Katie had a gentle strength, a bright spirit, and an endless love for her two beautiful daughters, Brailey and Madelyn, who were the center of her world.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, we are coming together to ensure that Brailey and Madelyn have the support they need during this difficult time and in the years ahead. Many have asked how they can help, and after careful thought, we have created this GoFundMe to provide financial stability for the girls’ future needs — including education, counseling, and anything else that will help them heal and grow.

Katie gave so much of herself to everyone around her. Her girls were her greatest joy, and we know she would want nothing more than to see them supported, safe, and surrounded by love.
