With a heavy heart we share that on May 12th, 2023 Karl Ortiz tragically lost his life by a head-on crash caused by a wrong way driver on the highway.

Our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of Karl. He was a truly loving, generous, and kind soul. You could always count on him. He did everything he could to help others. He was an amazing contributor to the community by helping develop future leaders within the Boys and Girls Club and beyond.

It is imperative that we come together to support his wife Yvette and his family during this difficult time. Please consider donating anything you can to help ease the financial burden of the funeral arrangements for this horrific accident and to help support Yvette and his family.
