Written by Elizabeth Kelham (Kaleb's loving wife and mother of their daughter Amelia): "I am absolutely devastated to be sharing this. Kaleb passed away yesterday evening. He was braver and stronger than anyone I’ve ever met, even at the end. Kaleb died the way that he lived - fearlessly, on his own terms, and loved endlessly. He has broken free of his pain and is now in his new heavenly home with our Lord. He loved being a husband and father and it showed in everything he did. Kaleb was obsessed with our Amelia and she was even more obsessed with her Dada. Kaleb’s final moments were at home, in his own bed, surrounded by his family, in a room full of love. I don’t know how to move forward without him, I love Kaleb with my whole entire heart and will love him and miss him for the rest of my life. "

Second, I want you all to know how much Kaleb loved each of you. I’ve never known someone with such a loving spirit, but that was Kaleb. He loved hard and he was never afraid to say it out loud.
Kaleb’s biggest concern before he passed was making sure that Amelia and I would be taken care of. He knew that he and I had an amazing community behind us, and you all have made such a difference already. This journey has been one of the most difficult I’ve ever faced, but knowing we have people who love us and support us and are walking this road with us helps more than I can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
