It is with deep sadness that we are sharing this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear friend Sarah and her family.

Over the past few months, Sarah, her partner Tim, and their youngest daughter Anyiah have endured an unimaginable amount of grief. In the span of just six months, their family has suffered two devastating losses.

Earlier this year, Sarah lost her mother, who was her best friend, her anchor, and a constant source of love and support. While still grieving that devastating loss, the family was faced with every parent’s worst nightmare.

On December 26, Sarah and Tim held their precious daughter Kahlani, who passed away in their arms. There are no words that can truly capture the pain and trauma of losing a child, especially on the heels of such profound grief.

Sarah was Kahlani’s full-time caregiver and, out of love and necessity, was unable to work while caring for her. The emotional weight of caregiving, combined with grief, has now been compounded by the financial reality of facing two funerals in less than six months, along with ongoing living expenses, and the need for time and space to grieve.

We are asking for support to help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward funeral and memorial expenses and help provide stability as Sarah, Tim, and Anyiah begin to find their footing after such devastating loss.
