In Loving Memory of Journey Carla Jimenez Green

This week as my cousin, Crystal Jimenez was preparing to finally take her 4-month-old beautiful babygirl Journey home from the hospital, she was devastated by her unexpected passing. Crystal has lost her best friend and her entire family is completely devastated and heartbroken. No mother should have to bury their child and that’s exactly what Crystal is now facing. We are trying to ease the financial burden she is facing to give Journey the services she deserves.

In the short amount of time Journey was here with us she touched so many lives and leaves a legacy of courage and resilience. She was a heart warrior and was such a beacon of love and light. She gave Crystal strength she didn’t know she had and her dad tears of joy. Journey adored her big brother Joe Jo and as a family they are distraught. 

Due to Journey’s extended stay at the hospital following her birth, Crystal was unable to work and dedicated her time to Journey’s health and recovery. As a family they have been devastated by a series of deaths in the weeks leading up to Journey’s heavenly departure. 

While the family reels from this sudden loss, the last thing they should be worried about is the financial burden. All Donations will go directly to Crystal to help her cover funeral costs and mitigate any unforeseen costs related to Journey’s passing and help support them in the coming months.
