Joshua Salgado suffered cardiac arrest on November 30th. The doctors tried as much as they could but being without oxygen for so long has left him with Zero Brain Activity. My brother Josh was someone who was always willing to help those in need whether he knew you for years or even days. After much thought, our family decided to donate all of his viable organs to those who are on the UNOS waiting list. The staff at Tampa General Hospital after reversing the damage were able to make available his, liver, corneas, lungs, kidneys and heart. These are all gifts of life and a way for Joshua to live on. We are asking for everyone who has the ability to help bring Josh to rest do so. God knows what he does, and only God knows why he took him at such a young age. Our suffering brings joy to many families near and far. We are just asking for friends, families and the community of faith to help us honor him the way he deserves.
