In Loving memory of Josh Rittberg Reboot

Donation protected

Dear friends, family and members of the motorcycle community,

Josh’s family is extremely grateful for the Go Fund Me donations received shortly after his sudden and untimely death on December 24, 2024. Our hearts are broken. Unfortunately, the previous Go Fund Me campaign was cancelled prematurely and the donations were refunded due to some missteps on our part. We regret this mishap.

Josh was more than just a passionate and enthusiastic motorcyclist. He was also a devoted and loving fulltime, single father. We’ve rebooted this campaign in order to build an education fund for Josh’s son and only child, Hayden age 15, with whom he was very close. Hayden is a remarkable and brave young man. He's handling this traumatic loss with courage and resilience. He has a passion for basketball, he’s doing well in school and has an interest in being a chiropractor. The goal of this fund is to support his future endeavors.

Josh was a cornerstone of the Vancouver motorcycle community and a highly skilled rider and mechanic. He was also good friend who valued his friendships and his community deeply. A memorial ride will be hosted for Josh by the Westwood Motorcycle Club at the Mission, B.C. raceway in the afternoon on May 10. A parade lap of the track will be followed by a gathering in the paddock for photos and a moment of silence. Track season opens of May 9 - 11. Check wmrc.ca for details.

We thank you for your love and support and we gratefully accept your kind thoughts and your generous donations.
