This past Sunday we tragically lost our beloved Jose Montanez and as many, the family was not prepared for such a loss. During this time of grief we ask for your assistance with funeral expenses to help navigate through these difficult times. We appreciate all the support we continue to receive.
Jose Montanez has always been a cherished member of the Channelview, Texas community. He passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 39. Born on December 6, 1985, in Channelview, Texas. Jose dedicated his life to hard work and an unwavering love for his family and was kind to everyone he met.
Jose worked as a landscaper and a foreman at The White Elephant Flea market, where his strong work ethic and commitment were evident. He took immense pride in every project he undertook, ensuring that his work reflected his values and dedication. Jose loved working on trucks, which brought him great joy. Jose also had an immense love for music and enjoyed singing at family events.
He is survived by his beloved spouse Nikita, better known as Kiki with whom he shared 11 years of marriage. He is survived by his devoted parents, Domingo and Chayo, as well as his children, Heriberto and Irene. He was a loving brother to Maria Elena, Ricky, Marcos and Evelin. Jose had a profound impact on the lives of many, including numerous loving relatives and a host of friends
who will remember him fondly.
Jose will be remembered for his unwavering kindness as he was always kind to every person he met. His love for his family, his dedication to hard work and the undeniable mark he left on all those who had the honor to be his friend. His kind spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
Everyone knew Jose as a downright good person and hard worker. Although we cannot take away the pain that the family is left feeling from this tragic car accident, in loving memory of Jose, we are hoping to alleviate some of the financial stress, such as the funeral expenses. Jose gave so much of himself to everyone around him, we hope in some way to alleviate the pain. We ask you to continue lifting him and his family in prayer. Thank you all for the continued support.
