With heavy hearts, we are asking for support as our family lays our beloved Jose Cervantes to rest. I created this fundraiser on behalf of my sister, Lisa Martinez, so she and her family can focus on healing during this time.

Jose’s passing was sudden and completely unexpected. He passed far too young and had so much more life, love, and purpose to give. Our family is grieving an unimaginable loss, and we kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this difficult time.

Jose was a devoted father, loving son, protective brother, cherished grandson, and loyal friend. He was an amazing dad who loved spending time with his daughter, sharing meals, everyday moments, and laughter with family and friends. Jose co-owned a security guard business and took pride in helping protect his community. He loved riding his Harley, going to the gym, listening to music, and making those around him laugh.

Jose did not have life insurance, and our family is now facing the unexpected cost of funeral expenses, including services, church arrangements, burial, and headstone, totaling approximately $20,000.
