Melissa Medina’s first born son was tragically hit by a truck yesterday on his way back from the playground. Jordan Guzman Medina, who was getting ready to turn 8 March 1st, spent his day after school at the park with his uncle and 3 year old sister. It was such a beautiful day Wednesday, December 15th up until this tragic accident happened. A little past 5pm, Jordan was hit by a truck as he crossed the street after retrieving his forgotten jacket. Jordan Steven Guzman Medina was declared dead after a truck hit and ran over him for failing to make a complete stop.

We ask for any donations to help cover the funeral, memorial, and lawyer fees. I will keep you updated and post important information as soon as I get them. As of Today 12/16, the hospital has released Jordan to the funeral home and the memorial service will be held this weekend. We will lay him to rest this coming Tuesday.

This was such an unexpected tragedy.

We are still processing the events. For now we mourn Jordan and try to accept. He is gone too soon. He will forever be missed. Knowing heaven has gained a little angle and that he will wait for us truly keeps us going. Jordan was a great big brother, sweet and courteous beloved soul who always helped his mother. We love you Jordan. May we meet again my little angel.
