Unexpectedly, Joni R. Clay passed away, at the age of 48, at Lutheran Hospital this week. Not only did she do so much good with the time she was given, but she thankfully left a lot of it behind for the rest of us to admire, respect, and value, These gifts, of which I’m referring to, are never more emblematic than in the distinct personalities of her four beautiful children: Samuel, Courtney, Kylee & Cailin. Aiding her, right by her side through all of this, was her husband, and more accurately, her partner-in-crime of 22 years: Lon Clay. This fundraising page has not only been set up to commemorate the life, and everlasting memory of Joni, but to also provide financial stability as her family navigates the uncertain, yet unwaveringly, optimistic waters that lie ahead over the course of the next few months.
