On September 7th, 2025, our hearts were shattered with the unexpected passing of Jonathan Fleming — a loving husband, devoted father, and kind soul who was taken far too soon at just 40 years old.

Jon, as many knew him, passed away in hospital from complications related to ulcerative colitis. His passing came as a shock to all who knew him — a young, healthy, hard-working man who embraced life with a quiet strength and deep love for his family.

Jon leaves behind his high school sweetheart and wife, Carla, and their two beautiful young children, Rosie (6) and Francis (4). Together, Jon and Carla built a life full of love, laughter, and dreams — including their dream home, which they created as a foundation for their growing family. Jon was not only a steady presence in their lives, but also Carla’s partner in every sense — sharing responsibilities, raising their children as a team, and planning a future full of promise.

Professionally, Jon worked in golf course construction and maintenance — a career that perfectly aligned with his love for the game of golf. His friends and family would describe him as kind, fun-loving, and genuine — someone who always put others first and lived with quiet grace and loyalty.

This GoFundMe has been created to support Carla, Rosie, and Francis as they face the immense challenges ahead — emotionally and financially. With Jon’s passing, Carla now faces the burden of navigating life on her own while trying to keep things stable for their children. The funds raised will go toward:

• Funeral expenses
• Living Expenses while the family grieves
• Future education funds for Rosie and Francis
