In Loving Memory of Jonas Thao

Dear friends and family,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of our dear Jonas Koob Hmoov Thao. Jonas was born with a rare condition called Barth syndrome. This condition has many features, the main one being cardiomyopathy, which was what our Jonas had. It is a heart disease that affects the heart's ability to pump blood efficiently through the body.

Our little angel, only eight months old, lost his brave fight against the heart condition despite undergoing multiple surgeries. Our hearts are shattered with grief.

During this difficult time, we ask for your support in helping Randy and Sia with funeral and medical expenses as they grieve the loss of their son. Your kind donations will provide them with the time they need to heal and recover from this unimaginable loss. We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate, and we appreciate any help you can offer.
