It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of Jon James, our favorite funny guy....a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle and friend, after a long battle with colorectal cancer. His passing has left an immeasurable hole in the lives of those who knew and loved him, especially his wife Carli, who is now facing the heartbreaking challenge of learning how to move forward without her partner and best friend by her side.

Along with the emotional pain of losing Jon, Carli is also left facing substantial medical debt and the financial challenges that come with such a heartbreaking loss. While she takes the time she needs to grieve and begin to navigate this new chapter of her life, we hope to ease some of the financial burden so she does not have to carry it all alone.

In lieu of flowers for his service and for those who just want to show their love, we created this GoFundMe to help cover his medical expenses and provide financial support for Carli as she figures out what comes next.

A small gathering will be held at BlackBoard Cafe in Windsor Locks after the service to celebrate Jon's life for anyone who would like to go.
