Hi everyone, my name is Elaine. I’m Joe’s daughter-in-law and Jonathan’s wife. Our family is heartbroken after the unexpected passing of my father-in-law, Joe Rodriguez Mancilla.

Joe was a kindhearted husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. He had a gentle soul, a strong spirit, and always put family first. After bravely battling colon cancer, he wished only to return home to the Philippines. Sadly, complications led to a stroke, and we were blessed to be by his side in his final moments.

We are asking for help to give Joe a respectful farewell. Donations will go toward:
