Joe Driscoll was a beloved teacher at Crestdale Middle School in Matthews, NC. He passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 10th, leaving behind his beloved 18 year-old daughter, Sophia, along with many family and friends.
Many throughout the school and community have asked how they can support Mr. Driscoll’s family during this difficult time. We have created this site as a way to collect money for Sophia as she copes with the devastating loss of her father. Sophia is a freshman at Appalachian State, where she is majoring in Chemistry. All donations will go towards supporting Sophia’s education, including her materials, housing and tuition.
All funds collected will go directly to an account set up to support Sophia’s education through her family.
We cannot thank you enough for all of your support and prayers for the Driscoll family during this difficult time.
