Hi, my name is Rachel, and Little Jo was one of my best friends. We met in 2003, when I moved to Townhill Park. She became a best friend, and remained so for many years.

Our beautiful friend Joanne Sheen, affectionately known by many as Little Jo, had been missing since 2019.

After years of uncertainty, heartache and unanswered questions, it has sadly been confirmed today that Jo had been found, and the outcome was what we had all beed dreading.

Joanne was a much-loved mother to three beautiful daughters, a cherished friend to many, and a beloved sister, aunt and daughter. She touched the lives of so many people, and her absence has been deeply felt by everyone who knew and loved her.

I would like to set up this GoFundMe page to help Joanne's family, particularly her daughters, with any expenses they may face in bringing her home to Southampton and giving her the beautiful send off she so truly deserves. Her eldest daughter Hayley has been set up as the beneficiary, as she is Joanne's next of kin,and will receive all funds raised.

I know times are difficult for everyone, but if you are able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much to Joanne's daughters and family. Every contribution, however big or small, will help ease some of the financial burden during what is undoubtedly an incredibly heartbreaking time.

For those who knew and loved Little Jo, this is an opportunity for us all to come together, show our love and support for her family, and help give Joanne the dignified send-off she deserves.
