On Saturday, September 14, we woke up to the devastating news of the passing of our beloved friend Jill Pershing. She had been in the hospital for a transplant procedure that was supposed to send her on her way to recovery and Jill was supposed to come home this weekend. Instead, we all faced a different reality, unfortunately. We lost Jill - a wonderful, loving and caring mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, Godmother. Her family and friends are all heartbroken from this very sudden and completely unexpected turn of events. We take comfort in knowing that Heaven has gained another angel, as Jill was a true angel here on Earth. At this very difficult time, we are trying to focus on coming together to support Niki, Jill's daughter. Dealing with your mother's loss is overwhelming in and of itself, but there is also the financial aspect of it all. We have started this fundraising campaign in order to help Niki with the funeral arrangements. She could use all the help in the world right now. Her mom was loved by many and that is comforting, but any donation will be greatly appreciated to help ease the financial burden. Please help if you can!
