In Loving Memory of Jerry Ortiz

Hello Facebook Family and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we come to you to ask for donations to
help us put our beloved son, brother, father, uncle, grandpa, friend
Jerry to rest. We know these are tough times for everyone so any
little thing will help. We are devastated by his sudden passing and
would like to give him a deserving memorial.

As many of you know, Jerry was loved and brought happiness to many of
us. He always had a joke to tell or a smile on his face. Jerry was the
life of the party and is truly going to be missed.
