In loving memory of Jen. Mom of 3, friend to all.

It is with a heavy heart that we have learned of the passing of our beloved friend Jen, mother to 3 beautiful girls, and a friend to all.

I met Jen in Elementary School before she had Kelsie at just 16 years of age. She and baby Kelsie moved in with my family.

I moved across the country with Jen and baby Kelsie looking for a fresh start. A future, and we did just that for a long time. We loved BC! The mountains, the fun! Jen met Jody back in 1998 and our families grew from there.  Hers first, mine next. She was my bridesmaid at my wedding and my best friend in life. We both held each others baby showers for each other and both loved it! I was there when baby Aunisa was born along with Tina our other beautiful friend in Heaven now. Then came along Jen's very own baby Bettina, completing her beautiful family with Jody by her side and caring for the children throughout her sickness like his own every step of the way.

Jen was an amazing person, an amazing mom, she went above and beyond any chance she could for anyone. I admired her, she was radiant, beautiful, vivacious with the best dance moves and beautiful smile around. She lit up the room every time she walked in.

Everyone who ever has met Jen fell in love with her. She was a knock out. The absolute perfect friend to laugh with, to cuddle with, or just to talk on the phone to for hours.

Jen loved her children more than I could ever tell you. She got them the best of everything. Took little Kelsie and my sister Alanna to concerts, plays, so many adventures. One of her favorite places was the Vancouver Aquarium. We hope to raise money to purchase a memorial in the Aquarium at the Butterfly Sanctuary so her girls can go there and remember her in a place she loved.

Jen started getting sick years ago with various conditions, struggles, Graves disease, fainting disorders, and more. She distanced herself from her loved ones and died almost alone peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, August 6, 2020. Her heart stopped and they were unable to resuscitate her.

Our hearts are crushed, Jody is a mess, the children are lost, broken, they miss their mother who they were praying would get better and come home to them.

My condolences to Jen's family in New Brunswick too. Jen was 1 in 5 children. Daughter of Wanda and Clifford. Jen was the oldest sister. Her parent's are heart broken, and I know they loved her so much. She has countless cousins, step-siblings, family, and friends in New Brunswick who will forever remember her as well.  Our prayers to all of you during this difficult time.

We are raising this money for her 3 beautiful daughters. We want to have a service for them to honor her life, get a memorial for her at the Aquarium, possibly a park bench, a trust fund, cremation, and also money for the children for counseling, as it will probably  needed. Please help us help her children <3
