In Loving Memory of Jeff Kratz, II

On November 21, 2021, our world was turned upside down and our hearts forever shattered by the untimely and unimaginable passing of our oldest brother, Jeff Kratz, II. Jeff was 54.

 

Our heartache is immeasurable. In our family, Jeff was an unshakable pillar of eternal strength, almost invincible. That pillar is now gone, a harrowing reminder that we all are mortal and nothing is forever. All that remains are the memories of Jeff as a devoted husband to his adoring wife Monica; a loving father to their three wonderful sons Nolan, Jared and Liam; a loyal and protective brother to his ten siblings; and a compassionate, caring son. He loved his family dearly and did everything he could to provide, to nurture, and to support in kind.

 

Jeff was a man of few words who said what he meant and meant what he said. In a manner of speaking, he was short, sweet and to the point. In tribute to Jeff, this will be short, sweet and to the point as well.

 

Jeff loved his wife and sons more than any combination of words could conceivably express. He was a true family man who shared in their successes and also their sorrows. Jeff’s biggest pride and joy in life were his children: two are thriving in college and one is a star pupil in middle school.

 

With that said, Jeff was the primary source of income for Monica and their boys and the financial burden ahead will be overwhelming. The purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise funds in support of Monica, Nolan, Jared and Liam to assist with living expenses and college expenses as they cope with Jeff’s tragic passing. Something good must come from so much pain.

 

Please help us honor Jeff by supporting his wife and their sons, whom he loved with all his heart. Thank you.
