In Loving Memory of Jayden Michael McComber

Our hearts are completely shattered.

Jayden, just 18 years old, went missing on the night of March 25. What followed was a nightmare no family should ever have to live through—hours turned into days of searching, praying, and holding onto hope. His phone and truck were tracked across multiple areas in Virginia, and everywhere we went, we were just trying to find him… trying to bring him home.

On March 31, 2026, we received the call that changed our lives forever.

Jaydens body was found in Caroline County.

No words can truly describe the pain we are feeling. The kind of heartbreak that takes your breath away. The kind that doesn’t feel real.

Jayden was so deeply loved. He had the biggest heart and made sure the people around him knew it. He never missed a chance to say “I love you,” and those words mean everything to us now.

Right now, our family is grieving a loss that is impossible to put into words. We are trying to process something that doesn’t make sense and learn how to live in a world without him in it.

We are still waiting for his body to be released from the medical examiner, and we will share more information as we are able.
