With heavy hearts our beloved Jason (Jay) Phillip Markley passed unexpectedly on April 14th, 2017 in Mesa, Arizona at the age of 39. He leaves behind his beautiful wife Kendra, daughter Kaiya, and son Landyn. He will be missed by so many.
Jay was a one of a kind, incredible, well loved, compassionate, fun-loving and adventurous son, husband, father, brother, and friend. He was an extremely talented master chef, handyman, football fan, animal lover and super-hero to his children.
Though this tragedy has been devastating, Jay was able to give the gift of life to five individuals through the Organ Donor program. The family's incomprehensible loss has become his incredible legacy.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017, 10am at Bunker Family Funerals in Mesa, AZ.
100% of the proceeds from this GoFundMe will be used towards Jay's medical expenses, memorial service, reception, cremation and burial expenses. Any remaining proceeds will assist Kendra in continuing to provide love and care for their two young children.
