UWS Friends in Dire Need

On the morning of Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, my friends/neighbors lost everything in an apartment fire on the Upper West Side (80th Street). I realize 2020 has been hard on many. For my neighbors, there was already a struggle since both of them work in the service industry. We are blessed and thankful that my friends were not injured, none of the other tenants suffered physical harm and the responders were able to contain the blaze without injuries. While the physical damage is devastating, if you have it in your heart to help out, anything on top of your thoughts and prayers would go a long way towards new clothes, shoes, towels, etc.  Of course, some things are irreplaceable. RIP Jax.
