Jasper served in the US Navy for 8 years, and worked as an IT Specialist at the California Department of Veterans Affairs. He is survived by his wife and three sons. He was exceptionally kind, hardworking, and family oriented. He passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
