This is a gofundme setup for the family of Jamin Creek, this is managed and set up by Jamin's mother Jacinda Creek and aunt Michelle Boesen. 

These funds will be used to pay for Jamin's funeral/services expenses and to aid the family in financial hardship during their time of grieving as they will need to take time away from their jobs. Leftover funds will be donated to Hillside Little League in Omaha, NE to help fund their scholarships.  

Jamin's mother, Joy (Jacinda), will facilitate these funds and make sure they are paid out to the appropriate parties for funeral services. John and Joy (Jamin's parents) will then work together to split funds accordingly and make donations in Jamin's name.
