In Memory of Beloved Foreman James Green

The construction industry lost a great one last weekend. Long-time Precision Wall Tech team member, James Green, passed away suddenly last Friday and our hearts are absolutely broken from the loss of this wonderful soul. He was so much more than a Precision foreman – a career that he dedicated every bit of himself to.
James cared deeply about teaching, coaching and motivating people who needed a second chance in life and his work with our Apprentices and DC at-risk youth was truly something special. Through his partnership with Precision and programs like the Fresh Start Project, Capital Guardian Youth Challenge Academy and others, James volunteered his time not only to teach youth about the fundamentals of painting, but also to prepare them for career opportunities in the trade. He never turned down the opportunity to offer his guidance, support or some words of encouragement and positivity to those in need.
James often told the people he worked with and mentored that he thought “working was fun, like an 8 hour workout, and so it never felt much like work to him at all.” This positive energy came through in everything that James touched. His kindness, his zeal for life, his tireless work ethic and his jovial manner will be how he is remembered forever. We are so proud to have had the privilege of working with James and he will be greatly missed.
We send our deepest condolences to the Green family. This GoFundMe site has been established to support Mrs. Kimberly Green & family during these difficult times. All donations will go directly to the family to cover funeral and other expenses and hopefully give them some financial relief as they cope with the loss of their husband and father.
