In loving Memory of Jake Harris

Donation protected
Jake was beyond loved by so many.  He has battled with diabetes and other illnesses for many years now and recently found out that his kidneys were failing.  He was on a donors list and was waiting for his insulin pump to be approved, and had many loved ones reach out to help. Despite of all his physical ailments and health concerns that didn't stop the love he had for others and his servants heart. He loved his wife beyond measure, and dedicated his life to her and their two sons. He always found a way to make both boys feel special and loved but would joke with the boys and others that Colby, their beloved fur baby was his "favorite son."  He was a loyal brother, genuine friend and a very hard working man. A Jake(Jack) of all trades as we liked to call him. He loved to hunt and camp. Though there were times he went alone and with friends. His favorite times were with his wife and children. Everyone knew that hunting season was off limits and he could live in Bass pro. He and his wife had dreams and started to make plans for their future. They just recently bought a family camper so they could travel and make memories, he took great pride and joy in making a life for his family and wanted to give them the world.  He made an impact on everyones life that he came into contact with. His quick wit kept everyone on their toes. He could make you laugh for days. His smile was infectious, his hugs were heartfelt and his service to others was always a priority. Jake lived to serve others.  Most importantly his family. If you called Jake and needed him, he was there. Always without hesitation. If you were stuck in a ditch he was there. If your roof was leaking, he was there.  He never asked for anything in return. He helped so many and never expected anything back. It brought genuine Joy to him to see others smile.  The road ahead will be hard as Jake touched the lives of so many. Especially for his wife and two boys that miss him and are heartbroken without him.   Words will never describe the loss and heartache that a lot of us are experiencing right now. He did so much for all of us whether it was a heartfelt conversation, laughter or something that needed to be fixed. He still poured his heart into everything he did. Please help me bless his family during this time of mourning. We are hoping to raise enough money for funeral expeses and to pay off Jakes truck. He was never materialistic but he was proud of his truck and wanted to give his truck to his son's one day. Thank you for taking the time to read, for all the love and support you all have given to my sister, his two boys and our whole family. We love and appreciate you all.
